To support the preservation and renovation of our facilities in Allen, Kansas. A designated fund with the Emporia Community Foundation boosts our non-profit profile in our fundraising efforts.
Scholarship Program
NLCYA awarded two $500 scholarships this spring at Northern Heights High School. We look to expand our scholarship program and recognizing youth leadership in North Lyon County.
The gift of grain.
When dropping off grain at an elevator, co-op or other grain facility, let the scale operator know what portion of your load is for the NLC Youth Association. It’s a convenient way to support our non-profit while lowering the threshold of taxable income.
Legacy Giving and Memorials.
When you make a commitment to NLCYA in your estate plan, you create a legacy that reflects your commitment to youth and education. Gifts can be made in your will or living trust, through designating NLCYA as a beneficiary of a qualified retirement or life insurance plan, or through a charitable annuity. Contact us to learn more.
Our legacy funds are managed by the Emporia Community Foundation to ensure the donors’ charitable gifts will grow over time and be distributed to make the greatest impact.
